The Ecco ELV51100 is a 5.12kWh lithium battery designed for residential solar energy storage and backup power applications. Operating with 48V hybrid inverters, this battery provides a reliable solution for storing solar energy and supplying backup power when required.

The battery features an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously monitors and manages cell voltage, current, and temperature. The BMS also provides cell balancing and protection against over-discharge, over-charge, over-current, and high or low temperatures.

Up to 15 Ecco ELV51100 batteries can be connected in parallel, allowing the system's storage capacity and available power to be expanded as required.

Warranty & Installation Requirements

5-Year Warranty

All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified Electrical Wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.

A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, and the installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all applicable parts.

Warranty claims may require:

• Proof of installation by a qualified Wireman or Master Electrician
