Warranty & Installation Requirements
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified Electrical Wireman or Master Electrician registered with the Department of Labour. A valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued upon installation, and the installation must comply with SANS 10142 requirements.
Warranty claims may require installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of installation by a qualified professional.
